What Is Sublimation Printing?

Sublimation printing is a heat-transfer process where solid dye particles are converted into gas without becoming liquid. This gas penetrates the specially coated aluminium surface and solidifies, locking the design beneath the protective coating.
The result is a smooth, high-gloss or matte finish with colours that are part of the metal itself—rather than sitting on top—ensuring superior durability.
